Timothy A. Hess, DDS, MAGD
Founder & Trainer
Dr. Hess is a general dentist that graduated from the University of Washington in 1994 and practices in Auburn, WA. He is an Affiliate Instructor in Restorative Dentistry and the Director of the Tucker Institute at the University of Washington. Dr. Hess lectures and presents hands-on courses in Washington State for Botulinum Toxin-A and Dermal filler therapies. This is his 4th year in a row appearing at the Pacific Northwest Dental Conference.
Dr. Hess has been published in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, International Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Implants and Operative Dentistry. He has lectured at the ADA Annual Meeting, the AGD Annual Meeting and the Canadian Academy of Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontics. He currently lectures on implant failures due to restorative techniques and materials.
He is a Member of the Academy of Richard V Tucker Study Clubs, Academy of Operative Dentistry, Pierre Fauchard Honour Society, International Team of Implantology, SKCDS Forensic Team, WSDA, ADA, AGD, DOCS Sedation, Spear Faculty Club, Treasurer for the SKCDS and recently became a Fellow in the International College of Dentists.
Keith Phillips, DMD, MSD, FACP

Keith M. Phillips received his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, a certificate in Proshodontics with an MSD from the University of Washington and is a dimplomate of The American Board of Prosthodontics as well as a Fellow in the American College of Prosthodontics.
After completion of his post doctoral training Dr. Phillips became Assistant Professor of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine as well as Chief of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center. Dr. Phillips returned to the University of Washington to become the Director of the Graduate Program in Prosthodontics from 1996 to 2004 and was Associate Director from 2004 to 2009.
He is currently an affiliate Associate Professor at the University of Washington, The University of Southern California, The University of Pennsylvania and Tufts University. He is also a guest lecturer at the Kois Center in Seattle, WA. He is the a reviewer for numerous journals and is Associate Editor for the Journal of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Phillips maintains a private practice in Tacoma, WA with major areas of focus on periodontal prosthodontics, implant surgery and implant assisted oral reconstruction. He performs both surgical and prosthodontics.

Korey Korfiatis has over a decade of experience designing and positioning award-winning brands for the dental industry.
Korey's career in brand development and relationship marketing work in dentistry, has gained national recognition and won numerous awards.
Korey works with dentists accross the country as well as coaches locally for the executive board for the Washington Academy of General Dentistry and for a team of regional managers with the Patterson Dental Seattle Branch.
Korey is also Co-Founder and CEO of LegworkPRM.com, a web-based patient relationship marketing software that helps practices engage, retain and grow new leads and patients through email, text, print and online media.
